It is a time to pause, reflect, and honour the cycles of nature as we transition from the warmth and growth of summer into the introspection and release of autumn. This sacred moment invites us to find equilibrium in our lives, embrace change, and express gratitude for the harvest of our efforts, both physically and spiritually. - Trauma Informed Yoga - Befriend Your Nervous System£25Sunday 12th October —14:00 – 16:00This body-centred workshop invites you to listen more deeply — to the language of your body, to the whispers of your nervous system, and to the patterns of tension that quietly shape how we move through life. We’ll explore how layers of holding, both conscious and unconscious, can gently soften when met with presence and compassion.Together, we will journey through a grounding meditation to connect with ourselves and our nervous system, an embodied exploration of the senses, and practical tools to release tension and restore balance.
