Chair Yoga
20 Hours
Introduction to teaching
Monday 17th – Tuesday 18th March 2025
Become more than a teacher of postures; become a teacher of people.
Throughout a Yogi’s life, our physical practice will go through change – whether through injury, illness, age or environment, and sometimes it’s neither possible nor advisable to be down on the mat. But that’s not to say our physical practice need cease.
Chair Yoga is an increasingly popular approach to traditional Yoga which brings the practice to where individuals need to be met, so that Yoga can truly be inclusive and for Every Body.
This 20 hour CPD course will give you confidence, tools, techniques and practices to be able to offer well-thought out variations for practitioners in mixed classes, specific Chair Yoga sessions and Office Yoga, all whilst developing your awareness of a range of practitioners’ needs.
