In addition to on-the-mat practices, we provide counselling and courses led by a Metaphysics Specialist (a holistic counsellor), along with Somatic Release sessions through Trauma-Informed Yoga and Rosen Bodywork techniques.
Our unique Shala serves as a sanctuary, inviting you to be held and guided by our extensively trained, warm-hearted counsellors and bodywork interns.

- The Rosen MethodRosen Method, founded by Marion Rosen, is an experiential body-centered somatic modality that promotes psychophysical well-being.
