- Mama and Baby Yoga£60
Wednesday 18th September 10am (6 weeks)
Gentle movement and mindfulness for the postnatal period for you and your new baby. Bel will lead you through a mindful, relaxing and restorative Yoga practice incorporating movement and holds, songs and gentle stretches for your baby. This style of Yoga promotes bonding and eases common complaints such as colic, restlessness and unexplained crying. Baby yoga can help to support your baby’s development and helps you build awareness of their growth and development. These classes are friendly, inclusive and promote a sense of community and new friendships. You’ll sit in circle with with the same group of women each week coming to appreciate and trust the support that you find in this wonderful and often challenging stage of your life. After the class we have a cuppa and a snack.Suitable for babies from 8/10 weeks up to crawling. - Pregnancy Yoga£40Sunday 29th September 10:15-11:15 (4 week block)
In this nurturing practice, you will experience a profound connection with your changing body, breath, and bump. Aerial Yoga is a wonderful practice which integrates the use of a hammock or swing to support or extend individual postures.From the lightest downward dog, to the most deeply satisfying weightless shoulder stand – this approach truly frees up the body to explore! The support it provides gives the freedom to fully invert, explore the movements creatively and develop core strength, flexibility and decompression of the spine and joints.
- Yang to Yin: A Journey into Bliss with Yoga Nidra£15Sunday 20th October 11:30 -13:00
An invigorating flow of Yang, designed to awaken your vitality, build heat, and stoke the inner fire. We’ll move through dynamic sequences that challenge the body and sharpen the mind, cultivating strength, balance, and focus. As the pace softens, we’ll transition seamlessly into the deep, restorative calm of Yin. Here, you’ll surrender into longer-held poses, releasing tension, unraveling stress, and opening into spaciousness. Feel your energy settle and your breath lengthen, guiding you into the heart of stillness. To complete your journey, we’ll enter a nourishing Yoga Nidra—a state of conscious relaxation that takes the brainwaves down into a realm of deep healing.
