Went here for my baby yoga classes which we loved. Bel was very welcoming and it created a nice little community of new mums. Definitely recommend.

The Breathing Space ... it's everything a yoga studio should be: welcoming, calm, inclusive, and well run, in a beautiful building that's cosy in winter and airy in summer. It's been one of my happy places for over two years, whether in the studio or on Zoom. There's a class for everyone, every shape, size, age or ability, taught by teachers who bring experience, compassion and commitment. Most importantly it's a community that welcomes with a smile. I cannot recommend this yoga family more highly.

I absolutely love The Breathing Space. It is the most welcoming, friendly and inclusive yoga studio I’ve ever used. It’s more than just a place to ‘do yoga’. It’s a place to enrich your practice and be part of such a lovely community. I can’t do handstands or flip my leg behind my head whilst balancing on one hand... but that’s not what it’s about. Christine and Bel pride themselves on anybody being a yoga body and that’s what makes The Breathing Space so unique, no matter what your ability, physique or mentality you’ll be welcomed and embraced.

Christine came into our workplace for a lunchtime session of Yoga. As someone who has never done yoga before, I was pleasantly surprised. After the session, I felt super relaxed, stretched, and ready for the rest of the day. I will 100% be going to the studio for more sessions in the future. Thank you Christine!

Best yoga session I have ever been too! Christine came to our office at 1pm to do chair yoga with us. Our office days are hectic and there isn't much time to take a step back and clear your mind. The 45 minutes with Chrstine was fantastic. It wasn't too hard or too easy, just perfect and I felt so refreshed afterwards. Would definetly do it again, thank you so much! Tips and hints for a great home practice ONLINE with the Breathing Space.

Create a cosy space. Have your mat and props ready and make your yoga space as clear and clutter free as you can. Have a playlist lined up if you want to listen to some music whilst you practice.

Make sure your teacher can see you standing up and lying on your mat. We recommend your camera is eye level or higher and angled down.

Make sure your Zoom name/handle is something your teacher will recognise when they see you in the Zoom waiting room.

Make sure your device is charged or plugged in.

Log in early to greet your teacher as normal.

Report injuries/general condition.

Turn off phones / TV / radio / children!

Use a laptop / tablet with a large screen,  or “mirror” your phone on your TV.

Don’t forget to dress for the occasion – your teacher can see you!
