Good to know
Can I use a pass online?
Yes. Every pass works in the studio, online or both.
What is a credit?
Most 60-minute classes use 2 credits. Workshops, courses and teacher training are priced separately.
How do I cancel a membership?
Memberships are monthly and rolling, so you can cancel at any time in the Momence app or by emailing the studio.
What happens if I can't make a class?
Cancel at least 12 hours before it starts and your credits go back on your pass. Later cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows are still debited.
