Meet Melanie
E-RYT500 Hatha, Vinyasa, Nidra, Yin and Anatomy. Author of ‘Teaching Yoga Adjusting Asana’, Melanie began teaching in 1997 and joined the 200-hour yoga and 300 hour yoga faculty at a London-based school in 2010. Her teachings reflect a profound belief in yoga’s potential to heal and transform, driven by a deep love and connection to the practice. With menopause, her practice evolved to include yin, nidra, and slow flow, resulting in a beautiful transformation: a nurturing, soft, yet strong and intense practice.
