Empower Your Teaching, Empower Your Students: Deepen Your Knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga

Discover the transformative power of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of health, wellbeing, and longevity. This course is designed to enhance your understanding of how Ayurveda can serve as both a preventative and healing system, complementing and deepening your existing knowledge of Yoga. Ayurveda offers a profound and enriching perspective on health, balance, and vitality—an essential addition to the toolkit of any teacher or practitioner.

Why Ayurveda?

Ayurveda offers a holistic and individualised approach to health, unlike the one-size-fits-all solutions often found in modern wellness trends. By understanding and applying Ayurvedic principles, you can become a more effective teacher, a more connected practitioner, and a more empowered individual.

Who This Course Is For:

This course is perfect for Yoga teachers, practitioners, and wellness enthusiasts who are looking to expand their knowledge and integrate a deeper understanding of Ayurveda into their personal practice and professional teaching. If you’re ready to empower both yourself and your students with ancient wisdom that supports health and balance on all levels, this course is for you.

  4. The Subtle Doshas:
    • Delve into the spiritual and philosophical dimensions of Ayurveda.
    • Explore the deeper, esoteric aspects of the doshas, such as their role in mental and emotional health, and how they influence our connection to the world around us.
    • Understand how to work with these subtle energies to foster balance and spiritual growth in your own life and in your students’ practice.
