Meet Jo

Jo is a mother of four with Mauritian heritage who doesn’t fit the mould of a typical Instagram-friendly yogi, and she’s perfectly fine with that. In her space, egos are left at the door.

She is a 500-hour Yoga Master with Yoga Alliance International, and is also trained in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Pre and Postnatal Yoga. Her classes nourish body and mind in an inclusive environment where people can rediscover their spirit.

An early bird discount of 5% is available with a code up to 2 weeks before the course.
