Why bother with your own self care?
As a yoga teacher, your well-being is vital—not just for you, but for the students you guide and inspire. This Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshop is designed to help you prioritise your own spiritual and physical development, ensuring you stay balanced and fulfilled as you share the transformative power of yoga with others.
This workshop will focus on essential self-care practices that nurture your physical, mental, and emotional health. By reconnecting with your personal yoga practice and exploring tools for self-nurturing, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and better equipped to sustain your teaching journey.
