What you will learn
Mastering Props
Discover how to skilfully integrate various yoga props into your classes. Props can be instrumental in making yoga accessible, safer, and more engaging. They help students experience poses more deeply, align correctly, and sustain poses longer, providing a fuller understanding and increased benefits from each session.
Hands-on Assists
Gain confidence in offering hands-on assists to guide and support your students. Learn techniques that not only help correct alignments but also deepen the asana practice, ensuring your students gain the most from each pose safely.
Enhanced Observation Skills
Develop your observational skills to better understand body language and the subtle cues that indicate a student’s comfort or struggle with a posture. This awareness allows you to tailor your teaching to the individual needs of each student, making your classes more effective and responsive.
Benefits of the Course
Professional Growth
This course will provide you with the tools and techniques to stand out in a competitive field, making your classes more dynamic, inclusive, and professionally appealing.
Increased Student Satisfaction
By enhancing your ability to customise and adapt classes to individual needs, you’ll see an increase in student satisfaction and retention. Your attention to detail and the supportive learning environment you create will encourage a loyal following.
Deeper Understanding of Yoga Practice
Through the use of props and assists, you will foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of yoga, both in yourself and in your students. This holistic approach not only improves physical alignment but also enhances the spiritual and emotional benefits of yoga practice.
Safe and Inclusive Environment
Equip yourself with the skills to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all your students, regardless of their experience level or physical limitations.
