Hot Yoga
Our hot yoga classes at The Breathing Space are gently heated using infrared heaters, creating a deeply nourishing and therapeutic environment for your practice. Infrared heat works differently to traditional heating, warming the body from the inside out, which helps muscles to soften more quickly and joints to move with greater ease.
Practising yoga in this warmth can support improved flexibility, circulation and mobility, while encouraging a deeper release of tension held in both body and mind.
