Relax and Restore Immersion: Restorative Yoga Level 1
A 35-hour Restorative Yoga intensive with Adelene Cheong. Five days in the studio and one online evening, exploring rest as a vital practice of self-awareness, compassion and wholeness.

Rest is not self-indulgence. Rest is not optional. Rest is self-preservation. Rest is respect for life. Adelene Cheong
Rest is radical
This 35-hour immersive training is an invitation to return to the wisdom of rest: not as a luxury, but as a vital practice of self-awareness, compassion and wholeness.
Rooted in embodied experience and practical skills, it helps practitioners and teachers understand the value of rest through Restorative Yoga. You’ll learn to create space, physically, mentally and emotionally, for deep healing and integration, for yourself and for others.

Meet Adelene
Adelene Cheong is a somatic educator and yoga teacher (E-RYT, YACEP, SYT, BWY Teacher, Adv R&R® Trainer, Certified iRest® Teacher, IDME, SME).
Her yoga began as a way to heal from the limits of scoliosis. Living with chronic pain and fear as a teenager gave her a deep understanding of how body, mind and spirit connect. Yoga offered a gentle, supportive way back into her body, and ignited her passion for sharing it.
Who is it for?
Practitioners and teachers of all yoga backgrounds. It particularly benefits qualified teachers, trainees, teachers of other disciplines such as Pilates, and anyone who studied restorative yoga on a 200-hour training and wants to refresh or expand their knowledge. It supplements existing teaching qualifications and doesn’t qualify you as a teacher on its own.
